If you are interested in a cottage or apartment, please ask for availability and a offer by email / contact form. We will answer as soon as possible.
If you want to book the cottage or apartment, we then need:
Your full address and phone number.
How many people are in your group?
Do you bring you own bed linen/towels?
Do you clean yourself or do you want to order end cleaning?
Do you plan to arrive outside of office hours (9 am - 8 pm)?
We will then send you a confirmation and invoice. If you need all names and addresses of your group in the confirmation (for visa application) please tell us the names and addresses.
If the time until arrival is more than 2 months, we charge a deposit of 20% to be paid within a week, and the rest is due 6 weeks before arrival. We prefer payment by bank transfer, we will tell you our IBAN and SWIFT numbers. If you want to pay by credit card, you can send us the details by fax. Credit card payment is not possible for booking the Aamuranta cottages.
If the time until arrival is less than two months, the whole amount is to be paid within a week. In some cases we may agree on payment at arrival
